This past Friday, something powerful happened inside our Mujeres CEO community.
Fifty women gathered — not just to attend another seminar, but to pause. To reflect. To go inward.
Guided by Coach Katherine Perez, the morning was intentionally designed to create space for something we rarely allow ourselves as leaders, business owners, mothers, and professionals: the opportunity to truly feel.
From the very beginning, the energy in the room felt different. This wasn’t about surface-level motivation. It was about depth.
Each woman was invited to reflect through guided prompts and intentional pauses, Coach Katherine led the group into honest self-examination. It was not about perfection — it was about awareness.
Because growth begins with awareness.
At the center of the morning was the diario — a beautifully designed journal that became much more than paper and ink.
As the women wrote, many realized things they had never put into words before. The diario allowed them to organize their thoughts, confront emotions, and begin transforming abstract dreams into structured goals.
Writing brought clarity.
Clarity brought direction.
Direction brought power.
And the beauty of the diario is that the work does not end when the seminar ends. It goes home with them. It sits on their nightstand.
It opens again the next morning. It becomes a daily reminder that their inner work matters just as much as their external success.
One of the most impactful themes of the morning was shifting from dreaming to intentional planning.
Not just asking:
“What do I want?”
But also:
“Why do I want it?”
“What is holding me back?”
“What belief is driving my decisions?”
When women begin analyzing the “why” behind their actions, habits, and fears, transformation becomes sustainable.
This is how dreams become goals.
And goals become realities.
Mujeres CEO continues to be more than a program. It is a space where women gather not only to grow professionally, but personally at our seminars.
Friday’s event reminded us that leadership begins within.
Confidence begins within.
Change begins within.
To the 50 women who showed up with courage and openness — thank you for trusting the process.
The journey continues.
And the pages of your diario are just getting started.
This event was made possible thanks to the dedication and leadership of the Mujeres CEO Committee, whose commitment behind the scenes ensured every detail was intentional and meaningful.
We are also incredibly grateful to Home2 Suites Weston/Sunrise for sponsoring the venue and creating such a welcoming and professional space for our community to gather.
A heartfelt thank you to Daniel Perez Poleo from Between Flowers for the beautiful flower arrangement generously donated and paired with the appreciation certificate presented to our speaker — a thoughtful touch that reflected the elegance of the morning.
Thank you to Aurelio Camacho from Elevate Productions for capturing the experience on film, preserving the energy, vulnerability, and strength that filled the room.
And with sincere appreciation, thank you to Coach Katherine Perez for donating her time, energy, and expertise. Her willingness to pour into our community without hesitation reflects the very spirit of Mujeres CEO — leadership through service.
Stay tuned for our next Happy Hour Fundraiser — an evening with purpose, where every dollar raised helps us continue creating affordable, transformational experiences for our community.

Immigration Attorney
"As an immigration attorney, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the incredible work Americas Community Center does for our immigrant community. Through their programs and outreach, they have created a platform that truly empowers individuals seeking a better future in this country. Thanks to the network they've built—especially through Americas Business Networking—I’ve been able to collaborate with fellow immigration attorneys, share resources, and extend our reach far beyond what we could do alone. Together, we've provided guidance, clarity, and hope to individuals and families facing complex immigration challenges. This organization is more than just a support system—it’s a bridge that connects professionals with those who need us most. I’m proud to be a part of their mission." Americas Community Center empowers immigrants, connects professionals, and builds hope—impacting lives through collaboration, clarity, and a shared mission.
Bloomin Blinds
My name is Male Medana, I arrived at Americas Community Center four years ago when I emigrated from Argentina. I started with ABN for networking purposes, as a way to promote our business Bloomin Blinds a window coverings treatment franchise that we opened as part of our move to the United States. Little by little, I got to know more about Americas Community Center, and not only I get involved, but my family also became engaged in lots of programs. As I always say, it was not just about networking; it gave me the opportunity to meet amazing people who have taught me a lot. Americas is a large Family where I met several participants who helped me integrate into the United States. Through this experience, I learned a lot about this country , my actual city Weston and, most importantly, found support in becoming part of the community. I will always be eternally grateful to Fabio, Alexis, and their family for welcoming me into Americas Community Center. Not only for helping me integrate into the community but also for teaching me how to grow both in my business and as a person. Thank you so much!
Ociris Multiservices Cleaning
Americas is a community that works. I’ve been a part of the ABN networking group for the past year, and recently, I witnessed just how powerful this community truly is. A close friend of mine was going through a very difficult time — her daughter was in and out of the hospital with serious health struggles. Without hesitation, participants of ABN stepped in to help. An insurance agent offered guidance and advice even though my friend wasn’t a client. A doctor from a medical office provided telemedicine support, despite the little girl not being a patient. And the support didn’t stop there — the list goes on. What you find at Americas Community Center and within this networking group is more than just business connections. You find kind-hearted professionals who are driven by a spirit of service. This is a network that truly shows up when it matters most.
