At Americas Community Center, we believe that true leadership begins within. That belief is at the heart of our upcoming Mujeres CEO seminar on Friday, February 20, 2026 from 10am-12pm:
✨ Despierta tu Grandeza: Transforma tus Sueños en Metas Reales ✨
This intimate and inspiring experience is designed to help women reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and transform “good intentions” into real, intentional goals rooted in purpose, self-love, and confidence.
This seminar hosted in spanish goes beyond motivation. Each participant will receive a Diario de Sueños y Gratitud to take home — a powerful tool created to support reflection, awareness, and intentional living.
Throughout the session, attendees will be guided to pause, write, feel, and reconnect. The Diario becomes a companion for the journey ahead — helping women honor their present while consciously building their future. It is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and remember the greatness that already lives within.
Katherine Perez is a Health Coach trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a graduate in International Business, writer, mantra songwriter, and creator of the Diario de Sueños y Gratitud. Most importantly, she is a woman who has walked her own path of awakening — and now dedicates her life to helping other women do the same.
Her journey of consciousness began when she faced a serious health challenge: Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura, which appeared twice over two consecutive years. This experience became a profound wake-up call that led her to ask life-changing questions:
Who am I? What do I truly love? Am I living my purpose? How do I feel?
In that moment of clarity, Katherine realized she had been living far from her true potential — constantly studying and working, without pause, without space to feel, and disconnected from herself. Her health had weakened, her emotions were suppressed, and her life felt without direction. It was then that she understood: the illness was emotional — and it was an awakening.
That realization changed everything.
Katherine chose to begin a deep path of personal and spiritual growth, transforming her life and committing to impact other women — helping them recognize their greatness, reclaim their power, and create lives aligned with their dreams.
Her message is clear and powerful:
You are the owner of your life and your reality.
There is nothing wrong with being ambitious.
You are not crazy for wanting something different.
Your life. Your decisions. Your dreams. Your rules.
Through her work, Katherine reminds women that dreams become reality when we truly inhabit and love ourselves — when we expand, release limiting beliefs, and allow ourselves to be seen. The world is waiting for that magic, that purpose, that power each woman carries within.
We are honored to host this Mujeres CEO seminar at Home2 Suites by Hilton, a newly opened hotel that has graciously opened its doors to support the local community.
Their commitment to welcoming community-focused initiatives and creating space for connection and growth aligns beautifully with the mission of Mujeres CEO. We are deeply grateful for their support and partnership in making this meaningful gathering possible.
Mujeres CEO continues to be a platform where women come together to learn, reflect, and uplift one another. Through education, shared experiences, and intentional community, we aim to empower women to step fully into who they are becoming.
Despierta tu Grandeza is more than a seminar — it is an invitation.
An invitation to remember who you are.
To honor your dreams.
And to take intentional steps toward a life that truly feels like yours.
We look forward to welcoming you to a morning of inspiration, clarity, and transformation.

Immigration Attorney
"As an immigration attorney, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the incredible work Americas Community Center does for our immigrant community. Through their programs and outreach, they have created a platform that truly empowers individuals seeking a better future in this country. Thanks to the network they've built—especially through Americas Business Networking—I’ve been able to collaborate with fellow immigration attorneys, share resources, and extend our reach far beyond what we could do alone. Together, we've provided guidance, clarity, and hope to individuals and families facing complex immigration challenges. This organization is more than just a support system—it’s a bridge that connects professionals with those who need us most. I’m proud to be a part of their mission." Americas Community Center empowers immigrants, connects professionals, and builds hope—impacting lives through collaboration, clarity, and a shared mission.
Bloomin Blinds
My name is Male Medana, I arrived at Americas Community Center four years ago when I emigrated from Argentina. I started with ABN for networking purposes, as a way to promote our business Bloomin Blinds a window coverings treatment franchise that we opened as part of our move to the United States. Little by little, I got to know more about Americas Community Center, and not only I get involved, but my family also became engaged in lots of programs. As I always say, it was not just about networking; it gave me the opportunity to meet amazing people who have taught me a lot. Americas is a large Family where I met several participants who helped me integrate into the United States. Through this experience, I learned a lot about this country , my actual city Weston and, most importantly, found support in becoming part of the community. I will always be eternally grateful to Fabio, Alexis, and their family for welcoming me into Americas Community Center. Not only for helping me integrate into the community but also for teaching me how to grow both in my business and as a person. Thank you so much!
Ociris Multiservices Cleaning
Americas is a community that works. I’ve been a part of the ABN networking group for the past year, and recently, I witnessed just how powerful this community truly is. A close friend of mine was going through a very difficult time — her daughter was in and out of the hospital with serious health struggles. Without hesitation, participants of ABN stepped in to help. An insurance agent offered guidance and advice even though my friend wasn’t a client. A doctor from a medical office provided telemedicine support, despite the little girl not being a patient. And the support didn’t stop there — the list goes on. What you find at Americas Community Center and within this networking group is more than just business connections. You find kind-hearted professionals who are driven by a spirit of service. This is a network that truly shows up when it matters most.
