As we move through 2025, Americas Business Networking (ABN) continues to grow—averaging 70 attendees every week, including five new participants weekly in Weston. The numbers are impressive, but the heart of ABN remains rooted in something much more powerful: human connection.
Each week, a local business owner takes center stage, not just to talk about products or services, but to share their story. These presentations go beyond industry facts—they help us understand the person behind the business, fostering trust, relatability, and lasting professional relationships.
“Every presentation is different,” said a participant, “and that’s what keeps ABN engaging. We’re constantly learning—from each other and about each other.”
A Moment of Clarity: The Power of Personal Connection
Just last week, Fabio A. Andrade, Founder of Americas Community Center and host at ABN, had a meeting with a high-profile executive from a major company. What struck him most wasn’t the business pitch or the achievements discussed—it was the executive’s genuine desire to know the individual behind the business.
“He wasn’t asking about accolades or services,” Fabio shared. “He wanted to understand who the person was. It reminded me that we’ve been doing something right all along at ABN: putting relationships first.”
This moment reinforced the core of what ABN has always been about—creating an authentic space where people connect first as humans, then as professionals.
